These terms and conditions apply – unless otherwise agreed in writing – when entering into an agreement to purchase services and products from Lyng Hol at Maja Lyng, Van Arkelstraat 2, 4147EN Asperen, Netherlands, info@majalyng.com, www.majalyng.com,
Settlement, change and cancellation
Lyng Hol has the right to change the time of services / sessions purchased with 24 hours notice. Such changes are made exceptionally, but if a change is necessary, an alternative delivery date / time will be determined as soon as possible by Lyng Hol.
At 1: 1 sessions, however, a new date is determined by agreement between the parties.
Amendments do not entitle to full or partial repayment of amounts paid.
Lyng Hol has the right to cancel purchased services / sessions for a refund of the portion of the paid amount covering the canceled service (s) / session (s).
Lyng Hol may, but is not obligated to, offer to replace the canceled service (s) / session (s) with new ones by prior arrangement. Do you say yes to a possible offers of compensation services / sessions, you also do not have the right to a refund.
You are responsible for meeting or calling or logging in at the agreed / announced times, and for having a well-functioning telephone and / or internet connection as well as an active email account with custom spam filters.
You are responsible for providing your current telephone numbers and e-mail addresses at all times. The information must be provided in writing at the above email address.
Payment and payment terms
All prices are in euros (EUR).
At www.majalyng.com you have the option to pay with Visa / Dankort and other credit cards through Stripe (online payment service). Bank transfer is also possible via Neatherlands or Danish bank account. Contact for informations.
Workshops, courses, training, mentoring, VIP days, online courses and other services must be paid in full at the conclusion of the agreement. However, as the case may be, a separate and special rate payment agreement can be concluded, with fixed payment deadlines. Regardless of the form of payment agreed upon, registration / order is binding and you therefore undertake to pay the total amount / all rates, regardless of whether you choose to stop / skip before the full service is delivered. Payment made will not be returned.
Whichever form of payment is agreed upon, the agreement / registration is finally binding. For subscription or rate payments, the amount is deducted each month on the same date as your registration. When you pay the 1st installment, you commit to pay the remaining.
With card payment, you are responsible for changing card information if you receive a new card.
Delayed or non-payment cannot be considered a valid termination / cancellation of the agreement.
In case of delayed / non-payment, interest is charged in accordance with the rules of the Rent Act.
If the payment is not complied with, access to the material will be closed immediately until the payment has been made. In addition, all remaining installments are added to one amount for total payment sent via invoice.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability that Lyng Hol and / or Maja Lyng may incur in relation to the purchased services and products is limited to direct damage and loss.
Lyng Hol and / or Maja Lyng shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect damage or loss.
The disclaimer for indirect damage and loss applies regardless of the nature of liability, and whether or not Lyng Hol and / or Maja Lyng has acted simply negligently.
Lyng Hol and / or Maja Lyng direct liability and loss liability is limited to 50% of the cost of the service or product to which the liability relates. Maja Lyng can never be held personally responsible.
When you attend courses, courses, online lectures, individual sessions, mentoring or other offered by Lyng Hol, you take 100% responsibility for your own development.
You take 100% responsibility for what you do with the information you get from Maja – both clairvoyante and non-clairvoyant messages.
You understand that you always have your own free will to do what you want with the information you receive, and that Lyng Hol and Maja Lyng cannot be held responsible for how you choose to handle the information, you get and what you choose to do afterwards.
You understand that Lyng Hol does not at any time guarantee certain results.

Lyng Hol and Maja Lyng offers you an alternative approach of looking at things, you should always consult with your medical practicioner about your health and welfare.
Rights
Lyng Hol and Maja Lyng have all rights to services and products provided, whether live, digital or print.
When purchasing, only a right of use is obtained for the purchased. The right of use is personal. The purchased items may only be used for their own use. The purchased must be treated confidentially and must not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties.
The purchased must not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was purchased, including the specially not purchased commercially in direct or indirect competition with Lyng Hol company.
Lyng Hol and Maja Lyng’s names may not be used for advertising or reference purposes without written permission.
If the purchased or Lyng Hol and Maja Lyng names are used in violation of this provision, Lyng Hol is entitled to a fine of EURO 13,400 (thirteen thousand four hundred) euros. per. infringement. Lyng Hol is also eligible to have the violation stopped by a bail order without collateral.
Data Policy
Lyng Hol collects only the information about you that you provide yourself in connection with purchasing services and products or signing up for the newsletter.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop at Lyng Hol. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, or the delivery of sealed audio and video recordings or computer software for which you have broken the seal.
When purchasing services, the 14-day period runs from the date the agreement was concluded. Lyng Hol grants no right of cancellation for services that start / deliver within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is more than 14 days to start and you regret the purchase, Lyng Hol must be informed of this within 14 days after the purchase. Whether you purchased services or products, you must give us explicit notice within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase at the above e-mail address. You cannot regret simply by refusing to attend / receive or by simply returning purchased services / products. Products must be returned to us within 14 days and you must bear the direct costs associated with the return. Once we have received the returned product in non-degraded condition, we will refund your claim as soon as possible, but within a maximum of five months.

Changes
Lyng Hol reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions to the extent necessary.
This may be to adapt the Trading Terms to changes in regulatory requirements or changes in other technical parameters. The changed terms can always be found on the website.
Law choice and venue
The agreement is governed by Netherland law. Any dispute between the parties must be settled by the Court of First Instance of Netherlands.
