I’m a 39 year old Essential Oil entusiast, who loves to dance, meditate, walk in nature, paddle the dutch rivers on my SUP board / kayak, travel, and simply just enjoy life.

I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and that life wants what’s best for us. We just have to learn to listen to the signals and let go of the resistance – off course this is much easier said than done. But in all fairness life is really very simple, it is us who complicate it because of our conditioning, limiting beliefs, unresolved traumas and stuck emotions.

In august 2019 I followed my heart and took a leap of faith when I decided to move to The Netherlands (from Denmark) to live with the love of my life. And it’s been quite a ride to more joy, more healing and more love.

These days I rely on the Essential oils to help my clients the best way possible, since the oils are an incredible shortcut to release old stagnent energies and help us excel in life.
